Thank you! I'm happy to be back
It feels good to just get on with it and stop being ashamed.6 -
I had a great Thanksgiving day with our bubble and didn't have too many left overs left (ensuring I am looking at the positives too). I did eat more than I should have but wanted to just enjoy and not stress myself out with worry about food and logging. The rest of the weekend was just having leftovers and getting back to not making food the priority. Today is Monday and I am up about 4lbs but I know I can get that moving in the right direction being back on my routine. I know I have not had enough water and that always makes a big difference. Getting back to healthy logical meals and portions will be able to kick start me back to my progress.2

I'm bloated and not fitting in my clothes right, so I'm going to tighten up on portions and weighing the food instead of just putting things together, and see if I'm okay mental health wise with not eating corn chips for a couple days to drop my sodium intake. It would be nice not to feel bloated, but I also don't want to trigger a binge and all that mess.2

Well, this month was a wash unfortunately but not completely unexpected with Thanksgiving in the mix. I'm still hoping to reach the 220's by the end of the year! Need to cut back on sugar and increase water and get back to daily tracking. I'm finding it hard to have time for everything with how much I'm working but will do my best!
See you all in the December thread!5 -

Im on the verge of weighing in the 60s, this will be a major milestone in my journey. I seem to lose well one week in the month and then stick on the scales for the next.
Running is becoming part of a weekly pattern, it gives me absolute joy, and I'm still in disbelief that this is me!!
Covid has become a hard reality in my city, in the past few days 5 of my friends have tested positive so all are in quarantine at home, one was quite sick but seems to be over the worst. My son and I are laying low, vigilantly wearing masks and sanitizing, however for a long time we had let our guards down and it's biting us now! Be safe ladies.5 -

Last November 2020 check-in. I had a pretty good month. I have continued doing intermittent fasting and I still love it. I've been at it for almost two weeks. I've been doing 20 hour fasts for 5 days now and will continue with that. I do clean fasts with only plain water and black coffee and I feel really good. My belly has really gotten smaller and I feel the difference.
Keep up the great work - see ya in the December group!
Smooches to everyone!3
