I need this! Struggling to accept that my weight loss isn't linear. Seem to go ages stuck on the same weight then a drop so hopefully when I look back at this at the end of December I will see a pattern emerging and be able to move forward with more confidence and motivation to keep going on the days that the scale doesn't drop!

I’ve been doing this challenge since September and it has helped me stay on track! A big thank you to our hostess for keeping this going. 😀
My hardest months of the year are November through February for weight. December is so busy and stressful and I’m feeling cooped up due to the circumstances of this year for all of us. What I really want to do is bow out of this challenge and hope to do my best this month, but I think that’s all the more reason I need to stick with this. I have to ask myself how I want to start 2021. This month, I’m going to weigh myself every day I can and try my best not to fall into a vat of wine and a bucket of Christmas cookies.
