Happy last month of 2020! This month, I finally will have an MRI of my knee and I hope something is found that can be fixed. The past few months of my calorie goals through diet only have been difficult without being able to burn off some calories with exercise. But, I have figured out several things that were blocking my progress; such as stress eating my children's leftovers from lunch, eating too many carbs, and going over calories due to poor planning. I am proud to say that I have my own healthy lunches pre-made for this week so I can curb the extra nibbles there and balance my macros better. I also have extra vegetables on hand to replace starchy carbs when preparing my family's dinner. A new habit I hope to institute this month. And of course, water, water, water!

Today is my 1 year anniversary to start getting healthy. There have been lots of ups and downs but I have stuck with it and lost 33 pounds. I am normally a daily weigher but only track on Fridays. I added this midweek post to celebrate my 1 year healthiversary!!

I just returned to MFP after falling off and gaining 25 lbs back 😥. At least I’m back! I hope to just lose a little this month and get back in check. Before I went to hard with workout and diet and burned myself out. I need a lifestyle change.. not a quick fix so I can fall back into bad habits.
