@JessBbody Wonderful photo progress!!! You are so inspiring
Thanks @ReenieHJ!Thank you so much, and congratulations! Amazing accomplishment. And your posting these gradual photos is SO helpful and instructive. I'm considering now documenting my journey more than I thought I might.
@Sailor555
thank you. I'm so glad the photos are instructive. I encourage you to document your progress. It is so satisfying to see the photos side by side and they do so much to keep me on target.I want your legs!
@elfin168
thanks! 6 years of ballet when I was a teenager built my calves and they've stuck with me all my life. I can hardly take credit for them anymore.elisa123gal wrote: »You have taken the best all around before and after photos I've ever seen. Again.. it is amazing to see how four to five pounds makes all the difference at the end of the journey.
@elisa123gal
Wow, thank you. You made my day.

Congratulations! The difference in those last 5lbs is so awesome. I hit my first target goal, now trying to hit my second and the last 10 is much harder than the first 25. I went from 212 to 187. Trying to get to 180.2

Thank you Jess! My face really has changed, my phone stopped being able to recognize my face (I had to attempt multiple times, shoot from low, and puff cheeks, and I finally stopped being tech lazy& rescanned my face.
You are looking so amazing! Love your progress photos!
Here are my latest progress As of yesterday the 21st. I’m down to 118.2 lbs. now I’m focusing on my adding strength and toning to my daily life. I might shed one or two more pounds but really I am happy where I am at and every other day I am eating maintenance, the alternate day I am eating for 0.5 lbs loss. I had decided a couple weeks ago 115/116 was my ultimate goal. But eeeeehhh....not sure it’s a priority to loss fat loss any more as I think I look and feel fantastic. Time to add some muscle and definition!

The right lighting....well sort of. My traps really are this big!
And here are my delts...am useless at posing, but action shots usually capture some of the lean mass gainz....
And a gun flex of sorts...
traps are on point2 -

@nexangelus You are looking strong and fabulous and doing great work. Your triceps are popping, your biceps and shoulders are beautiful, and your traps are perfect. The only thing I could critique is the fact that you used the word "Only" when you said that you've lost 2-3 pounds of fat since mid November.
You're killing it. There's no need for "only" when you talk about your accomplishments!4 -
Well I cannot believe how fantastic you all look and the total difference in your body with 9 pds difference.
Congratulations to all of you. I’m going to start taking more progress photos🎉3 -

Wow! Your starting stats are similar to where i’m at (5’3”, 37yo and 185lb) and your goal is similar to mine! Other than a deficit and protein, do you try to eat super clean or just in a deficit?

Posted in the cutting thread....but here we go again....
Weighed in at 152.4 lbs (69 kg) this morning. Here are my legs and unflexed belly:
5 -
Unflexed back pic (diff. view of the traps):
For further reference:
My measurements are bust 37.5 inch (more pec. & lat. than tata though, I now have pec. separation, never had a cleavage, never been that big), waist 30 inch, hips at widest point 37.5 inch. Biceps are pretty meaty cos triceps and biceps are getting more defined: 12 - 13 inches unflexed to flexed. Calves are 15 inches. Upper thigh at crotch 23 inches. mid thigh 22 inches. I am hamstring and glute dominant. Neck 13 inches, forearms 11 inches.
I am 5 foot 5 inches tall and weigh 152.4 lbs or 69 kg as of this morning (so trend weight or average weight is still 157 lbs or 71 kg) I am 46 years old and am a masters strongwoman athlete (for new readers in case they don't read original posts on the thread, so excuse repetitions)8 -
OK here are my start and almost finish pics, I have no from the start, start pics which were all the way back in 2012, I have lost just over 50 lbs in total (195 lbs to 145 lbs). Lowest weight last week was 144.8 lbs.
I have about 5 lbs to go, never been leaner, fitter, stronger or happier/more confident....47 this year, start weight with my nutrition and training programming coach 79 kg (174 lbs), to 66 kg (145 lbs). When I hit 140 lbs or so I am going to "bulk", so go beyond maintenance calories so I can build even more muscle mass. I want to be strong NOT skinny
My calories have bounced the last 3 years-ish (since 1st June 2019 to today) between 1800 and 2300 per day. I am on 1903 cals per day at the moment and still losing around 1 - 2 lbs per week...yeah lean mass is everything/life ladies, get lifting heavy you will not regret it! I am also active daily. I run, swim, cycle and walk for cardio...been lifting heavy consistently since 2017....but been a gym bunny since I was 16....I am five foot five. In UK size 10 clothing now.
