    12/13 - 145.4, Planning on doing a 30 minute peloton ride and 30 minute barre class. It’s raining here today so won’t be going for a long walk today, but it’s the perfect day for needlepoint and drinking tea.
    12/14 - 145.3, back in the saddle again with a 30 minute bike ride and trying a new meal subscription box today (green chef) so that’s my dinner for the next 6 days (3 meals 2 portions). The calories are a bit higher (like 1000 calories per serving) than other boxes, but hoping that means that the meals are really filling and it can be lunch and dinner since with my height, My target calories are 1250 before exercise (and burn about 250 a day through exercise).
