We aren't getting together for christmas this year so I won't have my usual temptation of platters of christmas cookies all around. My favorite thing about the parties is getting to have one of so many types of cookies. If I bake some, I have to decide on one kind LOL.

I hadn't made bread in years. A friend found a baking stone at a yard sale over the summer and got it for me - two bucks. I finally decided to make some. But all my yeast was dead, dead dead. So just a little delay until I could get some more.
Came out nice, with a good crush, and I was good and only ate half of the maybe 900 calorie loaf....

Oooh chocolate covered potato chips? I don't think I've ever noticed them in my local stores; probably a good thing. Hard enough resisting chocolate covered pretzels. Or gee, chocolate anything. 0

PB is my drug of choice! I no longer can keep it in the house...it calls my name during the night and I am compelled to get a spoon and sneak into the pantry and begin to devour the evil substance by the spoonfull !!!!5

Absolutely with butter, because you can't survive on bread alone.....
Although it was actually pretty good fresh from the oven with nothing on it except a crispy, crispy crust. What's left won't last through the night, so maybe I can start another loaf tomorrow. Pumpernickel? Maybe so. Or just another plain loaf because.0 -

I would start the morning with coffee and a double chocolate and blueberry muffin. For lunch I would have a few items from Taco Bell. For dinner I would have a bacon double cheeseburger with cajun fries from Five Guys. I would finish off the day with a dark chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream. I have a vivid imagination.1

OK, so I had to look up "Chocolate Covered Potato Chips." I found a recipe. It said to get a bag of chips, but you have to dig out the whole ones for dipping in the chocolate.
If you think I'm not going to accidentally drop the bag so they all break and I need one (or three) more bag(s), you're foolin' yerself.
