I'm Andy 57 Years
Sep. 2017 ~95kg (209,4lbs), Nov. 2018 90,5kg (199,5lbs), Nov. 2020 62kg (136,6lbs)
lowest Sep. 55,9kg (123,2lbs) but feels not good, always dizzy and tired;
24. Dec. 2020 61,9kg (136,4lbs) and i feel good!
BMI 21,2, Bodyfat: 11,6%; Fatmass 7,2kg (15,8lbs);

WOW I really needed this inspiration, especially after the Christmas feast I had yesterday. I really appreciate all of you above sharing your then and now pictures. It has helped to motivate me to keep on trucking on my own weight loss journey. Hopefully soon I will be showing a before and after "reveal" of myself.6

Well, I’m not at my goal just yet (but I’m getting close). These were taken 6 months apart. 5’2”, 178 in first photo to 144 currently. GW:130 💪🥰
