I only accept picture messages. No text allowed.

Are emoji ok? Or like... Real pics?

Would be nice if someone sent me a message... I think I count on one hand and divide by 2 the number of messages I have ever received.:wink: :flowerforyou:

I don't mind DMs as long as they're not prompted by an ulterior motive.

ESPECIALLY if you have a significant other.

Unless you're single and local, all you're getting is friend zoned. Lol

Well... You might get family zoned, if you're really awesome.

Don't send a DM when you could have made the same comment on my feed. Ex: person sees pic and dives into DM just to say how "great" the pic is as though they are afraid for someone to see what they have to say.

Haha, to whomever disagreed... It's true. I REALLY hate snapchat. Lol

I've given the benefit of the doubt a few times, and yeah... Nope.

I reserve DM's for conversations that are too long or specific for a post or feed comment. Ex: discussion about tens unit recommendation and where to buy it. Or the ingredients/prep of my lunch bowl (ground turkey, broccoli, onion, tomato, and brown rice).

    My rule:

If you feel like sending a woman a message here because you think she wants to hear from you, she probably doesn't.

And that's the truth right there! Amen

messages require too much of a commitment. you'll expect a reply and then I feel bad if I don't reply, and then you'll reply back and expect ANOTHER reply and really. its too much. LOL

    I don't even like TEXTING

    *kitten* I'm old.

in all (other) honesty though... I don't care if people have a (legitimate) question and send a DM asking. I feel I post enough and have enough on my profile that people can get a feel for me or get to know me that way.

I had a guy who had sent me a message after we became 'friends' and wanted to know about me. dude its all on my profile. married, happy. live on a farm. in Virginia. what more do you want to know? kept asking me what I was here for, or what I wanted from him as a friend. now, it could have been innocent but felt like he was fishing.

    he's no longer my friend.

and that's how I deal with that LOL

Be careful... That kind of behaviour might get you a tonne of friend requests! Haha
