My mini goal is to get back to my pre-Christmas weight which was 153.4 on 13th December.
Due to lockdown restrictions I didn't get to see any family and I turned to food instead. It was mostly proper homecooked food rather than junk food, but still it was too much of it. On 4th Jan my weigh jn was 158.6
So my mini goal is to get back to 153.19 -
Now that I'm back at it, current goal is to see 240, cause round number, and get the daily bounce under 245.11

My mini goal over the next few weeks is as from today and looking over past week in my food diary, I have realised I will have to watch my snack and fat intake if I want positive weight loss results over next few weeks, as I have been gaining and losing weight. Scale wise I wish to get down to my mini goal of 12st 13lbs. I do feel very determined.8

My mini goal is to get back to lifting weights. Wasn't able to between Christmas and New Year holidays because it was closed for maintenance then got a mild concussion last week. Now feeling better and first day of exercise went well so ready to see where I am and set some very modest goals.11

I am going to the beach in 18 weeks. I want to feel strong and healthy and actually enjoy my vacation. The last time I went I got so tired walking through the sand from the hotel to the water I just stayed at the pool. I want to spend my whole time in the sand!14

10 more pounds and I'll have lost 100lbs so Ive been really motivated lately because of that.23

I started at 273 in August, got to 222 today hoping to break the magical 220 (100kg) barrier soon.......🤞15

My mini goal for at least this week- Log food journal M-F. At least. And workout M~thurday. for this week is my mini goal.11

My goal was 100 cycling km this month. So far 35.5, some more coming this afternoon. It's getting a bit easier!9

My mini goal is to walk on my 15 breaks at work, at least one of them (I get two each day). Also I'd like to be down in the 160's by valentine's day, that's about 6 pounds.11

Woohoo! Mission accomplished - took a few days longer than I'd hoped, but I weighed in at 229.8 this morning. Next mini-goal up: 225 & out of "morbidly obese" BMI.
I'm half way to my mini-goal! Weighed in at 227.2 this morning. So excited! I also realized that when I hit 225, not only will I be <40 BMI, but I will also have lost 10% of my starting weight (since 11/23/2020).11 -
I've got my regular doctors check in on the 20th. I've been on a mission to lose as much weight in one year as I could if I had weight loss surgery - and I'm doing very well. I expect my doc to shake my hand (he loves it when I hit one of my goals) because I'll be down 20 pounds since my last visit 2 months ago!14

I have been "off plan" so to speak since the holidays, not even tracking consistently. I have been desperately clinging to the success I had and watching it slip away. So my first mini goal is to track every day and be within my calories for many of them. I know I can do it and it is in my control. It actually feels good. And I am not just tracking but I am tracking right after I eat so I do not forget things. It feels good to write this as more intentional.12

I really want to get my wedding and engagement ring set back on. Had to take them off when I gained a lot while pregnant.11

@HealthyTrent : your post got me thinking. I started out in the category 2 obesity level and have now lost enough weight to get in the normal bmi range. I divided my weight loss by my starting weight to determine that I had lost 30.04% of my starting weight(March 8, 2020). Still have 25 lbs to go so no slacking off.10

I remember every Easter and my skirt would not fit, would not go around me. I ate ate all winter. I want that slim feel this Easter, had my weight off 2.5 years.10
