My tip: Get a food scale. Use it to weigh everything you eat, and log it all. Make sure you include liquid calories. Hit your calorie target consistently. That's it - Enjoy your win!2

#1 weigh carefully and accurately
#2 log carefully, accurately and honestly
#3 set a reasonable rate of weight loss. Don’t get greedy and set it at “two pounds a week”
#4 read this forum often and attentively

There are some really cool groups and forum threads related to recipes. Find the community and the groups tabs, and do a search for what you're looking for. Lately, I love this group, and seeing all the tasty looking veggie foods that people are making:
