    Ok so monday I accidently did Pigmy rather than Bushman (I wondered why it seemed to be a little easier than last week) but today I did the Bushman challenge...is it just me or do toe touches and windshield wipers totally burn!? wew, I'm gonna have great abs by the end of the month!
  • Day 2 - 3 sets of 15 Swimmer’s Presses, 3 sets of 21’s, 3 sets of 15 Dumbbell Chest Fly’s, 3 Sets of 15
    Lawnmowers, 3 sets of Tricep Kickbacks, 3 sets of 15 Woodchops, 20 Pushups (modified if needed) DONE!



    Day 3 - 5 minute bearwalk, 50 Toe Touches, 50 Crunches, 100 Jumping Jacks, 50 Burpees (they’re back),
    20 Windshield Wipers, 50 Split Squats (don’t feel like you have to jump) DONE!

    That's a loss of 2 sizes gals! Stick with this - it does work!!

    So this week so far:
    Day 1 Pygmy (accidently read/did the wrong one)
    Day 2 and 3 Bushman
    one 5K

    All days over on water and under on calories

    So, I am LOVING bushman and it really pushes me, but I think I'm going to switch to Pygmy.:cry: I don't want too, but when I do bushman i tend to go a little overboard (OK, a lot over board, every time I start the exercises I end up doing 2x as many work outs and sweating like a pig) ANYWAY, I think it's messing with my cycle and my hubby and I are trying to have a kid,:love: so a messed up cycle is not good for that. I'm sure I'll still mix some of the bushman into my workout, but hopefully I'll be a little less crazy about it :wink:

  • Ok ladies I haven't been posting daily, but as of today I will start posting daily. This post is for Tuesday and Wednesday!!

    Tuesday- Bushman (my arms are about to fall off from those 21's ***hate them, but luv them***)/9 glasses of water/under calorie intake.
    Wednesday- Pygymy (power walked 1.5 miles)/8 glasses of water/ under calorie intake.

    Thursday will be posted later on, must get home from work and hit the gym first.

    Bushman Challenge done!! Tabata done this morning. All water drank! I have done two 5ks plus this week... I cannot lie, first time in six weeks I'm over my calories! Yikes it makesme feel awful!!!!!!! I'm going to deduct them from my start in the morning. Have any of you done this?
  • Today I had to roll with Pygymy/below calories/water intake- 8 glasses. I sticking in there!!!:happy:

    No, how would you do it?? I put on my HRM and I usually do an extra 15 minutes at night to increase my calories burned if I go over.

    OK - day 4 I did the pygmy stuff and added in the tricep kickbacks from the bushmen because - girls - I can NOT have those little 'wings' hangin down after I lose all this weight.

    NO WAY! So - there is going to be some nice, toned, muscle there to help whittle away that fat and I will still be doing it nice and slow so MAYBE I can not have too much loose skin.

    Thanks to you all for the sweet messages. Currently wearing those size 20's... and may I say - my booty looks GOOD! :bigsmile:

    You are ALL amazing and I am so glad to be a part of this challenge with you. Remember - I am just as responsible as you all are for not letting my tribe down!!

    Week 2/4th day! Pygmy challenge completed! I'm able to sit down without holding on today!!!!! LOL! However still to sore to do Tummy and Legs for Bushman. Almost there with my water for the day! Tabata done.... I'm not really digging that.... I don't feel like it's doing anything....

  • Week 2 Day 5 wasn't good for me. I didn't do the exercises! :frown: Sorry! I was just so beat and exausted.

    Week 2 Day 6 is all good. Pygmy done, water good, exercises good.
