I have a problem with never feeling full. It just does not exist for me. I have to figure out how to stop late night eating too. I don’t sleep well and get up and always feel that I need to eat something. Usually sweet. I need to figure out how to stop! Sometimes I don’t even remember.0

Night time is when I’m at my worst too. I literally just want to sit and eat crisps, chocolate and sweets. I let myself have one to get over the craving and before I know it I’m over my calories so been really working on that this week.

Well, I prayed that God would sew my mouth shut so I wouldn't eat the wrong stuff.
Wednesday I ended up in oral surgery, walking out with 10 stiches in my mouth.
Now I'm on baby food and sugar free jello till further notice.

who would have thought you can gain weight on diet jello, pudding and baby food.
I walk a mile to two miles a day. Does anyone have any advise for me ? I've had oral surgery and a mouth full of stitches to eating is limited.0 -
@ladycopnh1 I don't have any healthy advice for you on eating. When I had my wisdom teeth cut out last year it was lots of mash potatoes and noodles. I was down for about 2 weeks.0

It’s my birthday today and I’ll be honest, I’ve eaten what I wanted and when today. I also have a cheat meal tomorrow but I will be straight back on it for the rest of the day and week 💪🏻. Hoping for a maintain or maybe even a small loss next Tuesday 🤞🏻0

I have been off it prior three weeks. Then back on it this last week and it all came off. Now all Christmas weight is gone. I've made it as low as 176. So going in the right direction. I want to be at 175 by the end of the month. Not sure when I was here last. Sorry about that.
