I made my first mini goal of getting under 160 by Christmas and keeping it off through New Years. Now I'm only 7 pounds away from my second mini goal of 150. My other mini goal has been hitting 12,000 steps every day along with closing all my rings on my Apple Watch and no late night snacking!

I’ve lost more quickly before then put it all back on plus a few more. So I know it’s better to be slow and steady. Still, I would like to get out of the 190s. Yesterday, I was 191.8, and I haven’t been drinking nearly enough water, so I do have hope I will be there soon.
