😀 A warm welcome all new 1st timers to the challenges and hi again to those returning😀
The first time I joined one of these was the best thing I ever done, lost 32 lb in 4 months. It’s really nice to see how others are getting on and it’s a motivation to keep on track😀
Give yourself a motivation, this seems to work for me, maybe you have a break away booked, want to be a little trimmer after Christmas or even a getting ready for a wedding!
Pick your own goal, check in once per week and at the very end of the month. Let's keep encouraging each other & staying focused on our individual goals.
You can change the dates to suit you, but try to keep it weekly as it shows off the weekly progress better😀

I’m in! After losing about 10 lbs in 2020, I settled at 129 until injury. Gained about 3 lbs while recovering from that, and then another 4 crept on during the holidays. So trying to get back to that and a few more to get to ultimate goal. Giving myself til end of March.3 -

Hey everyone I'm definitely in. (1st time here) I used to do another challenge a little over a year ago and it really helped. I am trying to get away from weighing myself daily so weekly is perfect for me! I joined MFP in July 2018 and lost around 33 lbs and was at goal weight. Have gained half back so I'm working on losing it again. I'll be back tomorrow!3
