    Thanks for starting this. Nervous trying to do this in lockdown, but would love to shift some of the weight gain before coming out of it.

    January was very slow going but I've noticed in the past it takes about 30 days for my body to realize what's happening before the weight starts to come off. (I must have great famine-coping genes!) I'll keep tweaking my diet and I've dug out some old exercise tapes to switch things up.
