I'm in. New here and looking for accountability. I lost nearly 30 lbs from 2018-2019, but gained back 14 lbs after an injury and a death in the family. Then the pandemic hit and I've struggled to get those pounds back off. I lost 5 lbs in 2020, but 2021 is my year to get back on track.

Motivational Goal for the month: In March our family will celebrate something we will have worked on every day for 365 days. We don't know yet if it will be a visit to an out of town attraction, a trip to the coast, or something different...but I look forward to being able to enjoy it with less strain on my body and clothing!6 -
Hi! I am definitely in!! I need the support and I love to support others. I used t do weight watchers and I loved the meetings so I am hoping that this will help to replace those. I can use all the encouragement I can get! I love supporting others.
I eat when I am stressed and I do enjoy exercise but I just had my ACL repaired 2 weeks ago so I am limited as to what I can do.
So please keep me sane and positive and healthy and on track.

January was very slow going but I've noticed in the past it takes about 30 days for my body to realize what's happening before the weight starts to come off. (I must have great famine-coping genes!) I'll keep tweaking my diet and I've dug out some old exercise tapes to switch things up.4
