    @Rayanne203 you're doing great! I've been at it for 10 weeks and don't see that much improvement. Do you mind sharing what you've been doing to get such nice results?

    I have just been tracking my calories to lose 1 lb a week, but I am weight training so i add 200 cals to my amount allowed. I don't do a ton of cardio and try to eat lower carb higher protein. pick a strength program and stick with it while using progressive overload, that's when I noticed results
