Good one!! Lol ... it actually would be fitting to wear a bears sweatshirt because I “lost” weight, and the bears are losers too.

Guess an update is in order! Started at 248, lost 120 pounds. Am now bulking since I found myself to be too thin with very little muscle ton. So now I’m currently bulking! Amazing transformations, everyone

Thank you. I've been counting calories and exercising. I came across the 12 week NHS healthy eating plan which led me to a wonderful supportive group called health unlocked where you can do your weigh ins and encourage each other.
