I am still a work in progress —these pictures are three weeks apart! It’s amazing what 3 weeks can do. Down to 154 and lost inches and rolls. I feel motivated!

Did keto for 3 months. Developed the keto rash so I stopped. Did low carb diet for a month. After rash went away continued keto for another 3 months.56 -

I have just been tracking my calories to lose 1 lb a week, but I am weight training so i add 200 cals to my amount allowed. I don't do a ton of cardio and try to eat lower carb higher protein. pick a strength program and stick with it while using progressive overload, that's when I noticed results

Thank you!!!! About 4 years in total but weight loss was about 1.5 years and 70 lbs. muscle building just takes a lot longer lol.9 -
