    down from 133 to 131.5 since January 1. Mostly sticking to the plan and using my checklist of "daily to-do's" (water, sleep at 10:30, MFP tracking, etc.), getting outside and trying to find joy among the stress -

    * Walk briskly for 30 minutes and track my calories - I am no longer walking on treadmill but more walking activity
    * Diet to eat more protein and healthy non starch carbohydrates - still to many carbs

    * My activity is high averaging about 75 minutes a day walking moderately
    * Diet is totally out of line. Too many calories going in and activity level is less.
    * Exercise I am trying to get as much activity in
    * Joyful acts making a effort to be in the moment when talking to people.

    Take away. Is simple math. If I want too lose weight. Calories intake needs to be less than calorie output.
