Definitely struggling this month!
Not out of control, but feeing like I could be heading that direction. Needing to recheck and regroup in my head. Iโve lost 30lbs in 3 months and am happy at my pre-baby weight. Might need to readjust and enjoy this for a month or two, while continuing to measure my food so I donโt slowly gain the weight back4 -

Eating: Weekend kept me back with the progress. I had 79.7kg (175.7 lbs) already on Friday. On the other hand I am happy that at least I kept this weight till Monday.
Exercise: I must stay a week without sport as I got a dowel for implant on Thursday. Running โ 1 once (6 km total); โLift and Shredโ with J. Michaels - 2 times; planking โ 4 times

I thought this week was going to be bad as I gained and lost the same half pound over a couple of days, but had a really good weekend and stayed under my calorie allotment. I'm already at my monthly goal so hoping to drop a few more before March 1.
