    These photos are like 3-4 years apart.

    I had gotten back up to 200 at one point and maintained that for awhile during divorce & then lost again. This is pretty much the lowest I've been. Looking forward to seeing where 2021 takes me!

    ETA: Most of the weight (before the 30 pound regain and loss again) was lost in around a years time.

    Oh yeah, for sure. In fact you can see my "wings" in that photo on the right, and the photo was carefully cropped not to show the big baggy flaps hanging down below my shoulder blades. My neck, thighs, chest, back, arms, and of course my stomach. I've got an appointment next week with a plastic surgeon to talk about it.

    What was the outcome of your plastic surgery appointment? Did you get the surgery?
