Masada, Israel. Not my photo sadly as all mine are in an album. My trip to Masada was in 1989, although I hope to go back there on my next trip to Israel. yw85tm12venx.jpeg

Tahiti, Moorea, and Bora Bora. I'd give anything to go back one day.

Thailand, Cambodia and my grandmother's little cottage by the sea in India...but then again I'm sentimental that way.
I'd love to go to Thailand and Cambodia.

Ownahincha beach in West Cork, Ireland. Got engaged there 2017.

I absolutely love this part of Ireland. Undiscovered and a real hidden gem.

Mine is Budapest in the winter, and also Ireland (West Cork as we've mentioned but also the area around Giants Causeway in the North).

The drive up to Banff, Alberta (Canada) had me sobbing out of nowhere from the beauty of the snow capped mountains against a clear, sunny sky. The driver was like, "It's okay, don't be embarrassed. It happens a lot."

The entire island of Jamaica is a smell to me but it's specific to the wood-fueled (?!) grilling in outdoor market places. I've smelled this particular smell in other places around the world but it instantly always reminds me of Jamaica.

Yosemite Nat'l Park. The 1st time I saw it, I went home, gave my job & apartment 30 days notice and moved just outside the park.
Stayed for 30 years. I'd still be there if it weren't for the yearly wildfire evacuations I went through, couldn't take it any more.

    Love that place

    Bought this while there

Secret Cove at Lake Tahoe. This one is a nude beach, but nobody has their bits out on a cold, snowy day. I've heard @twitchandshout lives in a hobbit hole down there.

It's about a mile hike to get down to it. The beach, that is. The hobbit hole seems tougher to find than just showing up.

Probably why it's so difficult to coax you from your hole. :'(

The most beautiful place I have ever been/seen happened at a particular time. August 21st 2017 during the total solar eclipse. Standing on the lawn of a rural Baptist church in Tennessee for 2 minutes and 40 seconds of totality. I'm not sure I will be able to top that in my lifetime.

I didn't fly into St. Barts.

    Arrived by sea.

Although, I did go down to the beach adjacent to the runway....
    It was pretty cool.
