Updated pic. Got down another 10lbs or so, but also been lifting heavier & putting on a few pounds of muscle. This is around 6.5 months in now. Still quite a ways to go but making progress!

You've lost ~80 lbs and 15 years! Great work! Love the side-by-side collage - so helpful and motivating!4 -
Awesome job! I know what you mean about being uncomfortable when at a heavy weight. It's so nice to be able to move around freely as I move toward my goal weight. Thanks for contributing to MFP. Your success really motivates me.1

I love your initial post so much! . . . *** "There is no magic pill, but hard work pays off!" ***

I just joined. I've been losing 12 pounds or so a month. Just exercising and counting my calories. I've been upset because so many people I know have lost 20 pounds a month and it's been discouraging. But to see how far you've come with 15 pounds a month gives me a little more encouragement. I didn't take a good before photo when I weighed 385 pounds.. I'm down to 295 and will be taking my first before photo tomorrow. I didn't want to do it shirt off before, but now I realize after seeing your photo that it'll make me appreciate the weight loss.
12 pounds a month is a great rate of loss and you have done brilliantly to lose 90 pounds. I really would not worry that some people lose faster - your progress so far is great and you should be proud of yourself - many people of here would love to have achieved what you have2 -
congratulations, Keep up the great work1

how many calories did you normally shoot for at dinner? And did you have snacks during the day?
I have an appetite like a construction worker... I dont know if I could do just two shakes a day and a meal 🤔0 -
