Clearly I cannot control the Christmas goodies well. So I will try to control what I think I can right now. My actual meals, my movement and my water drinking. It will go A LONG WAY in helping to mitigate the damage.

Hello everyone I have been using MFP many years now, in and out. This is my first time checking the community and I want to give this challenge a try.

January 25:191.8 ( although I have eating and exercising properly, I didn't lose any weight this week, I guess I'm collecting water weight ).

January Actual: 192.2 ( I lost control on the last four days, but it's okay , we are human I won't beat myself over it, let's do better on February)

February 8 :188.7 ( today I finally moved to another digit π)
February 12:187.3 ( I'll weight my self this day instead of the 15th, because I'm not going to weight my self that day, but I'll continue the next schedule as normal)
February 22 : 187.8 ( I wasn't expecting a loss this week since my body is collecting water, plus I have been working my muscles out, but I should be around 185 , more or less. I'll know for sure at the end of February).
