Really though, because surrounding yourself with people with the same goals as you helps keep you from surrounding yourself with people who sabotage your goals.

I like to cook. I eat a lot of vegan, gluten free, plant based foods and traditional Indigenous foods.
I’m also from the south...I have cheat days and eat southern foods. Lol 😂
