This is why I don't post as often. When I was overweight, no one cared. Now that I'm fit, the name calling and derogatory responses seem to be abundant.
Yeah...as I’ve said a million times, I’m a picture person. I love seeing people’s pics. And I post pics of myself that I happen to like sometimes. I’m sorry people have said rude things to you....some people are just miserable.6 -

Good job on changing the eating like that, combined with your training. I still find controlling my eating the hardest thing to do2 -

Courageous 😚 I would not have the guts to post my current self. When I look in the mirror, I see well, what I see. I do have positive attributes but not the entire package. Forging ahead, not focussed on how I arrived at this point in my life and focussing each day, making progress and seeing results, feeling proud of the results from my efforts. Working on my emotional well being and physique are synonymous. 😙5
