You have really, really leaned out since the last time I was here. Very impressive to see, that takes a different kind of discipline. Nice work.3 -

Lieut, I have been going to this guy since July. He is simply great at what he does. Not only is he a Dr and Dietician he is a natural bodybuilding competitor. I’ve been able to drop about 4% bf while making moderate gains.
I appreciate your compliment.5 -

You’d have to adjust for you. I’m 5’11”, 202lbs currently. That’s the beauty of it though, I do not feel like I’m restricting myself.1 -

Hey! Cool! We’re like exactly the same size!5 -
I have no issues with anyone using TRT for enhancement. I know if I did it I likely be much much better and strength wouldn't diminish as much. When I was speaking of vanity, I was speaking of my own. I want to look good, feel good and lift heavy weights...........but not willing to do TRT to achieve. I know lots of gym people that do it and they look fabulous and great. A couple of my clients are on it now. For me it's just a personal decision. I'm proud of what I've done over the decades and just personally didn't want to become dependent on it. Again I would never criticize anyone who chose that direction because at one time (in my 20's) I really wanted to do, I just couldn't afford it.KickassAmazon76 wrote: »
Thanks man. My avatar pic was when I was 47. Much bigger in legs. But hey, I get how it works and luckily for me I'm not vain enough to consider TRT. I want to just be a natty.kinetixtrainer2 wrote: »
You’re looking great brother. The last thing I want is to keep anyone from posting. The girls asked for it so who are we to deny? The more the better!

Niner... Your legs look fabulous (before and now) and you have much to be proud of.
I do want to say that natty is awesome, but I don't know that I'd judge those who supplement to achieve a different aesthetic as doing it solely for vanity. TRT is a choice that isn't for all, but I don't think its one that needs to be degraded as "less than". With every choice comes benefits and risks and each person needs to weigh that in their own situation. Even with TRT, a hella lot of work is still required to actually see any benefits from it, and that work deserves to be celebrated too.
I'm not advocating for or against, but I do think that all legs deserve to be celebrated here.

I ate a little less than that for pre contest diet. It did taper down little by little the closer I got to shows. Last week was the worst with no carbs the first 2.5 days at all, the carbing up for the show. And dying of thirst as well. You only drank enough to help carbs absorb and to stay slightly hydrated.Deadman_Diggingup wrote: »kinetixtrainer2 wrote: »kinetixtrainer2 wrote: »

Your legs are ripped, brother. Great job!3 -
Runner's/chicken legs.
Jeez.
On a positive note, my quads and calves are stronger than ever even though it doesn't look like it.
I see more definition in them especially when flexed/bent than I ever have......I don't lift so I'm guessing it's from hitting the jump rope so often.....🤷♂️🤦♂️
