    Thanks for hosting this challenge. I can do okay making healthy food choices. I am very good at getting to the gym on a regular basis. I am not good at all portion control. I tend to blow my calorie intake between 3-7PM M-F. It has gotten much worse since my office switched to a fully remote workforce.

    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 183 lbs
    My goal is to lose one to two pounds per week. At one lb/week I would be down to 170 by the end of the challenge. My overall goal weight is 160. So it will probably take a little longer to get to 160. To get to 160, I will have to average 1.77 lbs per week, so it is doable, but near the high end of my weekly loss range goal.
