NSV, my (US) size 14 slacks that I had bought at my high weight are too loose, and my 12's are comfortable again. And one pair of my size 12 jeans is starting to look baggy through the thighs.

A small amount of progress in a challenging month of health problems that kept me from exercising. I also ate more than I should have (black jelly beans, omg omg OMG!) and set an unrealistic goal for the end of the month. I have learned that I'm not going to have instant success and need to refine my expectations. I have lost 7 lbs since the beginning of December 2020 so I will start again in March with a better idea of moving forward.

Way too many challenges in February. We lost our electr. on Feb 13 and it was just restored a few of days ago. That meant no water. Staying warm was a challenge let alone cooking and eating properly. Stressful! The bright side is that the cleanup of all the broken trees and branches will certainly burn some calories next month! See you there!4 -
