Just started on MFP a week ago so this will be my first full month challenge. I prefer weekly weigh-ins over daily since weight fluctuates and I like doing it on Monday's to get some motivation for the rest of the week. My goal is to try and stay consistent on the WEEKENDS! This has been my biggest problem so hoping I can improve on it this month.

Yesterday I had my second COVID-19 shot and this morning I feel incredibly tired, feverish, can barely stand on my feet. This means I won't be able to workout today, which is sad, because I haven't skipped a day of workout since January 4th. I'm hoping I'll feel better in the evening and will be able to at least go for a walk.7 -
