No too mini (still more than 20#away)— but my mini goal is below 200!! Ugh seems far away but I’m determined!10

My goal is to walk 200 000 steps this month. It works out to about 6 600 per day. Doable, but will take effort and consistency.
My second is to get my trend weight below 110kg, which will hopefully happen this month as well.8 -
I'm only able to have children via IVF, and I have 2 frozen embryos waiting on me to be healthy enough grow them
That's my ultimate goal, my mini goal, my entire goal!33 -
Finally made to the 160's! Been there 8 of last 10 days, so I'm calling it real. The last time I weighed this little was sometime around 1994 WOOHOO!14

I'm working in 5 pound increments these days. I just broke the 25 pound weight loss barrier (which put me at my pre-pandemic weight), so the next goal is reach 30 pounds lost.8

I just started last week, so I set two mini goals. Walk at least 5,000 steps per day, which may not seem like a lot to some but I work at a desk all day long and it's been so cold outside that I never made the effort. Second goal is to size out of the only 2 pairs of pants I have in my current size.7

I have some really cute jumpers that I wore before my youngest child was born and I'd love so much to fit into those again. And I will!9

Won the "fat boy" contest at work this month, down 30 lbs in 2 months. Down another 5 since, March is looking good. The little victories on the scale helps, weigh everyday same time, same outfit, first thing in the morning. Seems to be keeping me honest.14

Goal was breaking 150, Monday I was 149 so next goal is 145. One pound at a time. One day at a time. Some days it can only be a meal at a time.
I was in size 8 jeans for about 1 1/2 years, then gained 30# and had to wear size 10's, of which I only have 2 pr. So, ATM I'm trying really hard to get back into my size 8's.12 -
I have a Dr appointment in April and want to be below 190.8

Mini goal is getting below 200 by April 1 (207 currently). Started walking on my lunch break so should help me reach that goal.6

5 or 6 weeks ago, my goal was to get my weight down to a point where I felt I could start running again. I did that, and I'm slowly building up my time (distance will come later). So, now my mini goal is to run for 30 minutes (I'm almost there) and then it will be to do a 5K in that time. My miles are very slow right now, but improving.7

To get out of the 190's. Weight finally started moving again the last couple of weeks and I'm lower than I've been in over a year. 1.3 to go.8

I originally said my minigoal was healthy BMI.
I'm going more mini.
2lbs, and I'm 155. At that point I'm eating all of my maintenance calories for two weeks then going back to it. I usually break at 5lb marks. Part of my brain is getting impatient to get to that 150 since it's close, but I'm not skipping my break.
My brain is tired and taking breaks every so often has worked well for me to this point. No need to toss it out just because I'm close to a bigger milestone.15 -
Stay below 170 for the next week
Eat bright and beautiful plates
Feed my soul as well as my body13 -
Completing the reminder of week 2 of an exercise plan I'm following - two strength and flexibility sessions and one run to go! Being able to fit into the 28 inch waist trousers that are now too tight for me (I'm around 29 inches at the moment).8

5lb increments for me too!
Also, building up on my exercise bike! Just about managing 3 x 5 minute stints at 14 kph! Pathetic I know! 🤣11 -
Mini goal is one cute little dress that I am trying to wear. I bought few sizes less deliberately so I can feel good when it finally fits me.10

I do a lot of knee to elbow yoga poses and core exercises. I can't wait until I can actually get my knee and my elbow together consistently!4

This is so smart!
I had a 5 lb a month goal, and I made the mistake of thinking that because I hit my goal halfway through last month I should just drop my end of month goal another five pounds. That just about derailed me. A break would have been much smarter. I didn't do it then - but I am doing it now.
Our brains and bodies really do need these breaks - more frequently the closer we get to our final goals it seems!

1.8 of that 2lbs down - it's not all fat loss in 11 days (LOL) just my weight doing what it does and whoosing. That means basically I'm THISCLOSE and I'm... affirming to myself i'm going to take that break.
Because the temptation to go hard and get rid of that last 5lbs to healthy BMI is real and. Impatience is not how I'm doing this. Posting here means I'll stay accountable to it, darn it.10 -
My daughter will finally get to celebrate her college graduation at an actual ceremony. Heading to West Virginia University in May and I need to loose at least 15-20 lbs by then to look good for those photos which will last a lifetime. Already down 4 lbs.8

Short term goal - get to 165. That'll be 50 pounds lost.9

Easter, I can remember feeling so big this time of year, after eating all winter and my skirt would not button. I dont want that this year!8
