I have a seasonal mini goal. And, that is to stay in shape and improve my fitness level so that I can go HIKING in the Spring ... without complaining that my legs hurt, I'm tired, I can't climb that ... haha
The company I work for has an annual meeting, which is the first week in March. I was a top seller last year, which means at the final dinner gala I'll walk the stage and say a few things in front of 800 people. I want to look freaking AMAZING!
To lose 27 lbs and reach 250 lbs. I haven't been that weight since I moved in 2011. It'd be nice to get back to where I started when I started living here... and then after that goal, it'll be 230.. which would be the lowest i've been in my adult life... probably 2006/2007 ish.
My mini goal is to have a stable and healthy lunch schedule! University starts again tomorrow and I always struggle with what to pack for lunches. I'm hoping to find some healthy and filling ideas so I won't be tempted to buy junk food on campus! 🙂
I am 2.5kg away from 41kg lost. I was closer to this goal before the holidays, but I think I'm still in the midst of the monthly water dance, so I have my fingers crossed I start shedding that soon!
A friend gave me a bag full of jeans last year. The size 16 ones I couldn't even get past my hips. Tried them on this past weekend and I not only can get them up, I can also get them buttoned and zipped. Still too tight to wear though so my mini goal is to be able to wear those jeans out of the house before the end of January. I have zero doubt I can do it.
UPDATE.....I wore them out and about yesterday. They fit perfectly yay I did it!!!
These are all great goals! I recently got certified as a PT so wanting to make sure I look and feel my best as I help others work toward their goals 💪 would love to do a fitness competition someday too ☺️
Right now, 285#. After that....280. Bite sized is easier to focus on. Especially when I am not sure how far down I want to go. Surely a ways more, but mywsist measurement is my " handrail".
Easier to maintain focus going a few pounds at a time.

2. Exercise five times a week for at least 30 minutes.
It’s one thing (and appreciated) to hear it from others, but more than Anything, I can’t wait to feel that way about myself again
A year ago weighed 265 and was a size 24.

I did really well last week, went over one day, but logged it anyhow.
