Getting out of the 150s!! I started at 194 lbs. on, 9/1/20; and, I am currently sitting at 152.8!! Not too impatient, but I'm looking forward to seeing 140 something!!😊😊
I posted this on 3/30. I'm now even closer. My goal is still the same. I think I will see 140 something soon. I'm good with that😊😊.
The second post was on April 9th. I am now sitting at 147!! I am both grateful and ecstatic!! I have more to go, but not that much more. Oh, yeah.... I realized yesterday, I weigh less than I do on my driver's license... and that weight was "stretching" the bounds of credulity!!😂😂.11 -

I have two mini-goals right now - number one, doctor's office visit today for my annual physical. Haven't been in two years, and I'm fairly confident my weight will be down from my last actual physical. Number two, I have a belly dance performance in a week, and I want to look the best I can right now. It's been a while since we've been in front of a live audience, so we're all a little nervous!7

right now... my wedding is in less than 2 months!!10

Getting under 200 lbs. I'm halfway there.11

Super mini goal for today: make it through the day getting some movement and eating low carb. Sugars were up this morning (barely even into pre-diabetes range, but I want to nip it before it becomes a trend) and PMS means I do not want to move. I really wish I had access to an indoor pool, I love floating and splashing when I feel bloated and sore like this.
I did about half an hour of Ring Fit mini games and jogging this morning, but then my parents called and I couldn't get back into it.7 -
@Bluetail6 Your comment on the license made me laugh! I just realized that too - I haven't weighed within 30 lbs of my license weight for DECADES and now I'm under it - Congratulations to you!

I have a mini weight loss goal to meet by Monday. I have not been in the 170s in quite a few years. I can get down to 180 but then never break through the threshold. I am so close, I am all in and going to make it happen!

I am 3 lbs. away from losing 100 lbs. since July 2020. I have been plateauing something awful, but I will keep at it. That's my first mini goal. The 2nd one is to reach One-derland. I am 23 lbs. from that number. Hoping by this fall to get there.19

I posted for the first time on Apr 16rh, so that is 9 days ago. So far I'm holding up to my mini-goal : walk every day and log. And I have met all my daily goals from my watch
Now to maintain that and then, I will go to the loosing weight goal.16 -
I purchased a pretty Fila top 3 days in a medium. I honestly do not know if it will fit me right away. It is inspiring me to keep working out regularly and keep track of my calories, in a sincere way. The item arrives tomorrow by mail. I will keep going to look good in that top all summer and into fall 2021 Lol.12

I have been going 2 lbs up, 2 lbs down, up again. I need to get going good and get weight down so when I vacation in about a month I have some leadway or I will be in big trouble. Trying to get a few lbs down and stay there.9

Because I have barely pooped in a week, I have stopped loosing weight. Yet I keep going with cico and exercising. It's a little tempting to eat and do whatever I want and then start up again later when my constipation is resolved. But, I am not doing that. I am continuing my path, working to heal this problem and am holding onto hope and discipline.9

mini goal Nr. 1 is to be under 90 kg, mini goal Nr. 2 is to finish my plank challenge; it is a 30 days thing but I have to repeat days a few times as they are going too fast and I cannot keep up. So the goal is not to give up until the official day 30 is done. Let's see what happens first...5

I'm in a DietBet and I don't want to lose my $35 - so I have another 2 pounds to go by May 4th, which should be totally doable if I don't sabotage myself!6

Got the wedding of my brother at the end of may6

At the risk of lowering the tone somewhat, seeing my FWB for the first time after lockdown, and trying to get as in shape as possible for that.10

I'm down 29.6 lbs and currently weigh 213 lbs my mini goal is get down to 209 lbs then 205 lbs. As you can tell my mini goals are to focus on my weight loss in blocks of 3 to 4 lbs at a time as not to be over whelmed by it as a whole. My long term goal is 165 lbs.
Thanks for sharing everyone, lots of good goals here.10 -
To buy a new belt. One more notch to go!5

My wedding ring slides halfway over my second knuckle. Dec2021 is my goal for my ring. 18.6# down since 01FEB21.10

Mini mini goal - don't treat the weekend like it's a free for all
Thank you!!😁1 -
Hit my mini goal of being able to weigh myself at home (so I'm under 183 kilos), have lost double digits in kilos, and now my mini goal is to get under 180. Doing great, I think.16

It's not so much of a mini goal, but ultimately I'd like to get away from fast fashion into a carefully curated wardrobe that has a lot of homemade and handcrafted pieces in natural fibers. And a prerequisite is not so much being thin as it is getting my body more or less stable in one shape and size. Obviously it's not happening yet, but I do find the prospect of this to help strengthen my willpower day to day.
I bought two pairs of "goal pants." I'm in a 16, my goal is a 12.10 -
To lose 27 more lbs before I fly home to Alaska for my class reunion in July.10
-
To drop 10-15 lbs, or however much it takes to get back down to a 24 inch waist and rebuild my stamina. But honestly, right now if I can carve some time to consistently run 3-4 miles twice a week and stop eating an entire cake or pizza, I'd count that as a success.
From there I want to get back into marathon running and try to qualify for Boston by my 40th birthday.10
