Small meals and no sweets. Hard to cut those sweets out when they were the substitute for alcohol. Sober 3 years and off sweets 3 weeks.23

I have a few more pounds to go to hit the weight that I got down to when I was first diagnosed with diabetes 15 years ago. It crept back up on me over the years.11

My 30th birthday at the end of June. I won't be at target but I'd like to be lighter and healthier and fit better in my clothes.
5lb down so far so hopefully a few more by then.9 -
Going to a Christian camp with my kids in 5 weeks. Hope to be under 200 before I go. I'm at 205 now so its iffy! I hear the food is not very good there so if I don't succeed before camp, maybe I'll be there by the time I come home!9

Getting more sleep is my mini goal. I am more successful than I thought I would be. The key, for me, is putting my phone down at bed time and leaving it alone till morning. Without my phone, I find that I get more sleep, and the sleep I'm getting is more refreshing. Consequently, when I get more sleep, I see more progress with my nutrition and fitness goals.14

Adding all my food to this app, today! I usually add breakfast, lunch, water and exercise but I drop out at the end of the day. Actually, I’m tired from being busy and always think, I’ll do it tomorrow.🤞🏽😄10

Iron, I'm so guilty of this daily...I log religiously all morning/afternoon and then figure as long as I have a sensible dinner I'll be fine.4 -

😅😂 I noticed when I log all my food the extra weight starts to drop. Amazing how that works!🤣 But if I don’t, I’m very nice to myself and I can have extra treats!🍫🧁🍬😬

After spending years doing no exercise and eating what I wanted, when I wanted, I have lost just shy of 17lb
I see my nurse every 12 weeks and she has to weigh me, I always tell her not to tell me what it said. I'd like to lose another 3lb by my next appointment on the 27th to make it an even 20lb and see her reaction!8 -
I've dropped 10 Lbs of my 20 Lb COVID gain since February, but I've been kind of slacking off a bit and just maintaining that. Just booked flights to Miami for the end of July...three nights Miami Beach and then a road trip through the Florida Keys, so it's time to hit it in the weight room and back off the deserts.9

I have a few more pounds to go to hit the weight that I got down to when I was first diagnosed with diabetes 15 years ago. It crept back up on me over the years.
After a 3 week plateau, I finally dropped the rest of what I needed to hit this mini goal. Next goal... under 200. 19 pounds to go for that.8 -

Getting past this accursed two-week plateau I've hit. Thankfully it seems to be budging now. Never underestimate how much your cycle can affect your weight!3

Be able to get my wedding ring off ! It's comfy but I can't take it past my knuckle!
When I can do that, I'll be happy to put my engagement ring back on again too - I didn't want to get them both stuck!7 -
Just want to say how much I admire all of you trying for your children, for your health, for a fit body in your forties instead of deciding that your time has passed.
These are all great goals and I hope you either will do it or even have already done.4 -
I just bought some new workout trainers for when i hit my next milestone. I’m currently 1lb away from putting them on.8
