I wear long sleeves throughout the year as I'm not comfortable with flaunting my manly and bulky arms😂
I've ordered new dumbbells from Amazon and can't wait for them to arrive so I can start lifting and then when my arms are slimmer I'll wear sleeveless!!!5 -
my actual mini goal is to fill my free time with reading self improvement books including being organised better, have a nice style, improve my beauty and i know that those will teach me to have more patience with weight loss and appreciate me more inside and outside .i have to see how much to allocate cause i have around 20 books collected and they smell like paper and talent and I can't wait4

My new mini goal is to reach 82.6kg (182lbs). That is a BMI of 27 - which for my age group is considered to be in a healthy range already.

For the first time in I don't wanna know how long, I am finally under 150lbs. I am stoked, I have lost 27lbs and 6.5 inches off my waist. And yes I did a happy dance in the bathroom this morning. I am so happy of all the hard work I have put in and how I am seeing the results. I am also happy that it is going slowly because it means it will last.20

I'm really looking forward to breaking the being sub 400 pounds. Maybe by my birthday May 24 weekend... Maybe not, but it's happening!16

I am 1.6 pounds off from being my lowest weight in years!
I moved out of the family home 5 years ago, not sure what weight I started at but it skyrocketed to 168. I managed to get down to 145 the first year, but then complacency set in and the appeal of cooking no longer seemed exciting and we started eating more junk food. Over time it went back to 158, now I'm down to 146.6 since Christmas - so close!10 -
Getting closer. I should be able to wear single digit sizes within the next 2-3 months. My next mini goal is 7-8 lbs down OR more visible muscle definition in the next 30 days, (knowing muscle weighs more than fat.)6

My most recent mini goal was breaking 145. Monday morning I saw 144.5 so my next goal is breaking 140 and maintaining for awhile. I'm a 5'9" Female and did get down to 131 last year but I ended up binging for weeks so I figure maybe I can stay at 140 a bit easier. Increase my walking speed/length.8

I weigh 13 stone and want to get below that into the 12 stones, even my mini goal of 12 stone 13 lbs would be a boost!7
