That seems like a very doable goal and lifestyle to live. I’m going to give this a shot also. My caveat would be days I cycle for more than 2 hours I typically eat a bit during and after.

It works fairly well - and exceptions always are available. The big goal is to be healthy, not to starve yourself.2 -

*I had some food a little later than my usual goal last night but I'll allow it since I still stayed within my calorie goals and I could tell I needed just a bit more after hockey. Going backpacking tomorrow for 4 days so I won't be able to post, but I like to think I'll be in good shape out on the trail. Especially since I often go to bed around 8pm when I'm doing 12-15 mile days.0 -
