Why don't you just share it publicly? Are you trying to solicit business?

Asking for private messages is always suspect.

So you were running a 1500 calorie deficit every single day and gaining muscles? Dream on.

    That sounds miserable.

Few things are worth 10 weeks of miserable, and in my world 15kg weight loss is not one of them, for someone not starting from so morbidly obese as to be a major health risk.

    Hard no, from me.

Your physique looks nice, though. The inside bits may still look OK after such fast loss, too, if you're lucky, given how young you are. I'm assuming that's you?

    M - Shoulders & Arms & Calves
          T  - Back & Hamstring
          W - Chest & Calves
          T  - Back & Shoulders
           F - Arms & Calves
           S - Legs
S - Chest & Hamstring Or Rest day

I did 100 push ups, 100 pull ups and 100 sit ups before every workout. I did 5 exercises for each muscle group in the 15 - 20 range. I was 20 when I first completed this shred.

And yes, i did lose a lot of muscle, my biggest mistake was eating a to large calorie def and training way to light. For example my arms was 48cm and dropped to 42cm. So I did lose a ton of muscle and I would do it differently when I do it again.

I have no reason to lie to you, this was just my experience, yes it was not healthy but I enjoy challenging myself.

Just hear to share my thoughts and my results. Thanks @annPT77 bro, keeping the love

    Thanks for sharing your routine!

To the bolded, just FTR: While I don't feel offended by being called "bro", as truth in advertising I'd point out that I'm actually a 65 y/o woman, so maybe realistically more like "auntie" or "granny". 😉😆

Wishing you good progress from here, including recovery of muscle + gains, and improved health. Your relative youth will be a great help in that. 🙂

I do apolozise auntie😂😉 the arm in the picture was misleading,, haha It looks great. All the best to you!

Its hard to workout the full details but that lifting routine might be suboptimal. That doomsday generally doesn't hit each muscle 2-3x a week. Have you looked at your routine recently? Something like a PHAT might be a little better
