I have come to the conclusion that my diet is a game of shoots & ladders. Do any of you or have any of you played that game ? I can start out, roll the dice, I usually start out with the lowest amount first. then go along pretty steady, then if I'm lucky someone will CHALLENGE me to lose a certain amount of weight in a certain amount of time ( such as 78pds in a year, or 50pds in 6mths ), and I will start climbing that ladder right to the top. Then I will creep along and sure enough and EVERY time I will land on one of those shoots and slide right down to the bottom, again...again...again. I have only won the game once in my life.
I need to be challenged !!!
How many of you are up to taking a challenge of losing 50pds by the end of this year !!
It's only March. You've got plenty of time to roll the dice and get on the board.

Hi guys. Not been posting as much as I should. Getting my treadmill sometime this week. Down 2 inches on my belly too so far and overall down 12.8lbs in 11 weeks.

Did 3 miles tonight in under an hour. Haven't moved that fast in a while, worked up a good sweet felling ready for the next one.4

Hey yall!! Id love to jump into this group and add some friends! I just had my 3rd child a month ago, so in about a week ill be cleared for exercising again! Im the heaviest I have ever been right now. 233lb and im 5'3". A couple years ago I was 140-150, and my lowest weight was 130 back in 2014. I was lookin at my photos and damn!! I was lookin so good and had so much confidence! I want to get back to my old habits and commitment. I worked out 5-7 days a week with beachbody and ate really minfully and clean. My goal is to be 150lb by next summer! Its going to take a lot of commitment and work but I'm done with not feeling good!1
