Started week 1 at the largest number I ever looked at 304!! Wow is what I said to myself on Monday 4-2-2021 need to get 50 off to start with. So I will post my progress here to keep me accountable over time.

When I went to my phone I noticed the real weight was 306 not 304 as on April 6th when I got started.

Sounds like where I started many years ago! I originally was 294. As of today I am 184. I promise you, if I can do this, you can do it. Just have to decide that you are never turning back.
I have kept my weight off for years and everybody asks me what the secret is, I will tell you. The secret is, it's forever and you don't give up. You don't expect overnight results, slow and steady wins the race, and you understand that you are not "off or on" or "good or bad" according to what you eat. If you eat more than you usually do for a day, ask yourself how you truly feel after and the next day.
Anyways, keep it up, you are doing great! I have been maintaining my weight about 3 years but now that my youngest is a little older, I feel like I can strive for a new goal weight, so popped back to MFP for some friends along the way

Keep going, you're doing great! And don't worry about going up again for your sons birthday, life still needs to be enjoyed!
Do keep saying you can do it! BECAUSE YOU CAN. You're already doing it, so all you gotta do is carry on
Try to also focus on your clothes and how they fit. Your weight can fluctuate a lot due to many different things, so having other things to measure your progress is good too.
I lost some weight, enough to drop a dress size. So I bought some new jeans.
Weights creeped up about 6lbs and I can feel it in the jeans (I only just about squuezed into the lower dress size, I was at the upper limit of comfortable lol)
But now they're feeling a little tight so that helps too.2 -
Thanks for the support! Hope you get to the next lower size soon keep it going. Your doing great dropping the first size can't wait for that to be me.0

(Resetting my system with some fasting looks like it might be working) doing the Intermittent Fasting 10 day challenge that started on the 19th

4/19 to 4/20 (22 hours) net calories after exercise 712
4/20 to 4/21 (Iβm currently at 17 hours looking to get in at least 2 more) net calories after exercise 41 yes only 41 Iβm hungry but the numbers going down will keep my going!!)

Back into the 280"s again have not see this since Aug of last year!! The 270's mark will be a big one for me that number has stayed away for a long time November of 2019. I'm already feeling a lot better and I'm now at the point of looking forward to felling like the old me again!!
