Newbie - how do I follow a Keto group?

I have been practicing Keto for approximately 5 years. I have stalled. I joined this
app to get back on track. I know it's because I have stopped walking (and the gym!)
but I am getting more strict with my keto diet and it's NOT HELPING. I'm getting so
frustrated that I'm worried I'll go in reverse and start packing on pounds again. The
daily food diary is frustrating too. I meet or exceed my fats and calories before dinner
and I'm eating all the foods all the KETO people tell me to eat. I need support and
recommendations.
