I walked 140,000 steps over the week. My food was ok-more like 1700 kcals than my planned 1500.
This week's plan:more of the same!2 -
Goals 🏆
- Exercise in some form 30 minutes every day, even if it's just a walk
- Drink 2 litres of water
- Sleep 7 hours
- Limit meat and alcohol intake
- Eat within my calorie limits

My birthday is tomorrow! My goal was to be in the 140s by my birthday and surprisingly I weighed out at 149.9 yesterday! But it went back up today, none the less progress is progress. im stoked to ALMOST be officially back in the 140s .
