    My name is Donna and I am from the Great Midwest in the USA
    Age: Almost 61. Height 5 feet 5.5 inches when I stand up very straight (I’ve shrunk!)
    I like to weigh in on the 1st and the very last day of each month, but otherwise follow the leader.

    Original starting weight - 253
    March Ending Weight – 208.2
    April goal – 203.2
    Ultimate goal – 145-155 (We’ll see when I get there)

    1st – 207.6 I am THRILLED that this challenge is back. It is one of my favorites! Thank you @tiabirdie56 for letting me know. Good luck everyone!
    8th- 208.2 Frustrating as my eating has mainly been on target and my movement has increased. Banging head on the wall here.
    15th – 207.6 This finds me a bit lower than last week. I know my diet must improve. My exercise or movement has remained good.
    22nd - 207.2 Covid shot #2 today so I’m feeling a bit tired. I experienced some extra travel this week so I’m grateful that the scale is still below last week. I know I can try harder and do better. I have lots of tools in my toolbox, I just need to sharpen the blades and get to work!
    29th – 207.2 I am still down from the start but I am disappointed with my overnight jump on the scale. It had actually been a good day yesterday but there may be some water retention based on my choices, even though they were within calorie and carb range. My last weigh-in is tomorrow. I always do an entire month on the challenge. Let’s hope the water weight drops.

    I did reach my previous UGW of 110 lbs in August 2020 but gained weight every month since and I felt 110 lbs was too low.

    I've found my new UGW (maintenance) aim of 115 to 120 lbs. I'm using Fitbod app in hopes of slowly gaining muscle as I reach for my new maintenance goal.

    24th - 126.8 ... Calories In 2000ish Calories Out 1855... 11,476 steps ... day full of delicious sodium but Workout 11 completed
    25th - 129.2 ... Calories In 1544 Calories Out 1719 ... 8,190 steps
    29th - 127 ... Calories In 1417 Calories Out 1753 ... 8,352 steps
    30th - 125.6 ... What! I weighed myself 3 times, it was true! Workout 13 completed! (2 more workouts than last month.)

    30th - 206.2 Down 2 pounds this month. I think it’s been awhile since I’ve done this well. Wish it was more but I’ll not get greedy. Progress is progress. See you all in May!

    4/01- 214.3
    4/02 - 214.3- just posting this weight again didn't have time to weigh. An early morning call had me helping out a family member.
    4/03 - 214.3- Again, just posting this weight again didn't have time to weigh. A family funeral today.

    4/04 - 215
    📍4/05 - 214.3

    4/09 - 215.5 - always a battle for me trying to regulate my body fluid.

    📍 4/12 - DNW - Just forgot to do it before drinking and eating.

    4/22- 216! - Too many carbs, not enough water. Beginning today, keep carbs at 50g & under and drink more water. Hope to see a change for the better by the end of April.

    4/30 - 216.3 - Weight went up by 2lbs then back down. Expected with drinking more water and inceased exercise.
