    April starting weight: 214.3
    April goal: Increase exercise to create a loss in weight

    4/01- 214.3
    4/02 - 214.3- just posting this weight again didn't have time to weigh. An early morning call had me helping out a family member.
    4/03 - 214.3- Again, just posting this weight again didn't have time to weigh. A family funeral today.

    4/04 - 215

    4/09 - 215.5 - always a battle for me trying to regulate my body fluid.

    📍 4/12 - DNW - Just forgot to do it before drinking and eating.

    4/22- 216! - Too many carbs, not enough water. Beginning today, keep carbs at 50g & under and drink more water. Hope to see a change for the better by the end of April.

    4/30 - 216.3 - Weight went up by 2lbs then back down. Expected with drinking more water and inceased exercise.
