    Accepting failure, learning from it and even laughing about it....all very good qualities to have in a person. Keeps us all humble and human.

    Thanks man - felt pretty strong today - even with the fail - stalling out in bench and squats too - but keeping up the grind

    Awesome Job! The stallings are when the real mental work begins. It feels so great to keep pushing out those PRs week after week, but the real test comes when you hit the wall and really have to fight for each gain.
