    My third round . Starting week 3 with keto with if. I’m still learning how to eat with this wol but learning to cook again instead of relying on processed meals and convenience.

    Goals: stay in my macros
    Low carb under 20 grams
    Drink my water.
    Exercise 4x week to daily
    Round 146 -8.6lbs 253.2
    Round 147 -5 lbs (13.6) 247.2
    Round 148 247.2
    Goal is 4lbs

    04/25 246 very bad day at work . Covid🦠😡. I ended drink a Diet Pepsi which I gave up a month ago. There was pizza brought in but I resisted.

    04/27 245.6 . I overdid it with carbs ( 26g vs my usual below 20). It was grilled vegetables but carbs are carbs , and I think I’m holding water so pushing that today. I did get 30 min exercise in . Today’s busy I have chicks coming from Virginia tommorow so need to get my brooder set up today .

    04/30 - 146.9 - I give up trying to figure this out.... I expected to be up today. Last night I had homemade bulgolgi and a large portion of it, too. I splurged and had like 6 potstickers. I had a beer for NFL Draft Day Round 1. All the things that would normally put me up have brought me back down. What?! Anyway, yesterday I went on a run. A full mile without stopping. Last time I did that was 2017. I hate running. It was raining. But my mind would NOT let it go so I did it. Felt good. Very had. I'm proud. Drank my 90oz water, got my 16 hour fast in (I finally remembered to track it!). Hopefully today goes super well and I can stick to good food so I can maybe, just maybe, see 145 again tomorrow. Don't have high hopes. Probably be up. Girl can dream.

    04/22 - Wow, I expected a bump up. I was STARVING at dinner and ate a little extra to satisfy my belly. I figured it'd bump me up, even if only slightly. Very pleasant surprise indeed. Fasted 16hrs, short on water, only got 65oz. Did get my workout in, though, which was wonderful. Hopefully this round will show some improvement, I'd love to be below 145 again. It IS a bit elusive....
    04/23 - Lack of water causing water weight/bloat. Expected, plans were unknown to me so I couldn't plan ahead and make sure I had water with me. Only drank about 35oz plain water yesterday. Pushing water this morning to try to overcome. Yesterday I had another day I was extremely hungry and had to eat extra to feel satiated. Just trying to listen to my body and know it'll pass and things will settle back to normal soon enough. Hormones are goofy and I just need to be aware is all (: Not mad at it.

    04/25 - Busy busy, go go go. Just wanted to check in so nobody worried. All good here. I'll be back to normal weigh in tomorrow!
    04/26 - No hugs, I'm quite happy this wasn't higher after the weekend I had. Lots of manual labor, sleep was all kinds of wonky, could't keep up hydration as well as I'd like, and food was prepackaged on the go so we didn't have to keep going back into town. Hopefully today is calm enough I can focus on water. I'm postponing my workout (again.... I didn't get it on Friday as we left waaaay earlier than I anticipated) so I can rehydrate and rest my body after the manual labor this weekend.
    04/27 - Inching back down. Got 65oz water and made homemade Chicken Tikka Masala and Naan bread for dinner. I'm feeling the bit of heaviness I usually do after Indian-style food, but my measurements show I've lost 1/2in off my belly pooch area, which is good. Unfortunately I have a busy busy work day suddenly pop up so my workout has been postponed. Hopefully I can still manage something this afternoon. Supposed to be rainy the next 3 days so maybe I'll get lucky to sneak in a walk or something if I can't get my 9Round in. Focus today will be getting my 90oz water while on meetings! Need to stop being too lazy or distracted to refill water bottle
    04/28 - Managed to get my 90 oz in and got a short walk with the pup. Neighborhood isn't big so I'm lucky to get between 0.75-0.9mi in with her. Nothing to brag about but some movement is still movement and I'll take it.
    04/29 - Not quite sure what this is about? We had a fairly heavy dinner, maybe? It was early, but doesn't mean it couldn't have impact. Got my 90oz water. Got a walk in with the pup though she cut it short because she decided to try something new: escape from her harness and run away. I caught her, thankfully, but had to stop our walk to carry her home (didn't trust her not to do it again). Then the rain came so no more walks. Need to figure out how I can get the harness so it doesn't restrict breathing or movements but is tight enough she can't slip out. Apparently I have a houdini dog....

    @starrjulia8 Sometimes you just NEED hot dogs! I had a couple the other day. YUM! I buy all beef, nitrate and nitrite free.
