    Thanks for sharing the video in the link below. I have not watched any of his videos in quite some time and found it re-inspiring this afternoon. IF can be a little scary for me as a diabetic, but I know from the past that once my body is accolated to it, it is possible! It's time for me to get busy! Your generosity in sharing so many recipes, tips and ideas are something I appreciate so much. Thanks again!

    I would like to join this round too!
    I’m brand new to the forums though have used the app a little before.
    I have gained 20lbs+ in the last year and I don’t recognise myself anymore. I don’t like to weigh everyday but will post cals/macros each day.

    Third round for me !

    Female, 36 yrs old 1.65cm ( 5' 5'') . I reached my highest ever weight at 70,7 kgr (155.9 lbs) - February 2021- and I have since started a slow but steady effort!

    Round 147: Starting weight 68.5kgr (151lbs)- End weight 66.3kgr (146.2 lbs) Weight loss: 2,2 kgr (4,8 lbs)
    Round 148: Starting weight 66.3kgr (146.2lbs)- End weight 64.5kgr (142.2 lbs) Weight loss: 1,8 kgr (4 lbs)
    Round 148 : Did not Participate

    Round 150:
    SW: 65.1 kgr (143.5 lbs)
    GW: 63.6 kgr (140.2 lbs)
    UGW: 54 kgr (119 lbs) by August 2021


    05/12 - 65.1 kgr 143.5 lbs - It was what I expected after taking a break from Keto... I overindulged in carbs (kryptonite!!!) Tonight is night out with friends so I expect the scale to go up a bit!! :D
    05/13 - 65.6 kgr 144.6 lbs - Even though I was within my calories and ate mostly proteins, the food intake was pretty late at night! The extra alcohol didn't help either! But it was so much fun!! I hope tomorrow the scale will drop!

    Just create a new post daily. I keep mine in a note in my phone and add to it, then copy and paste to the forum.
