Wow 281 today down a total of 25 lbs as of today!!! Still a long way to go and a lot more hard work to come. So much easier going the other way up, up and up. I got to eat as much as I wanted to don't have to even think about that drink or beer I might want!!!! But the benefits I'm already getting is better then that by a lot can't wait to see what the next 25 does for my energy level.

June goal 268 Lbs. (Ended at ???) I'm going to try and maintain the 12,000 step count
    Ultimate goal - 225

    6/1- 278 Lbs. did 10,614 steps
    6/2 - 278 Lbs. did 9,944 steps
6/3 - 277 Going to be away from a scale for maybe 5 days will see if I can stay on track I hope I don't gain but also don't want to loss to much??

6/7 - 273 Did not see this one coming? Lost way to much I have been out in the heat since the 3rd, working all day on resealing my motor home roof. I thought I was eating enough and consumed a lot of water to stay hydrated but lost to much to fast. Next time I will bring my scale with me to try and stop this. The phone only counts steps not all the work I was doing so had no clue to my calorie burn.

6/14 - 275 Still hanging in at 275 for about a week now my step count has been down so I'm happy that I'm not going up at all been here for awhile now. Average for this month so far is down to 7644 steps need to pick up my game again, If I want to get close to that 12,000 number I wanted.
