    March and April were frustratingly slow for weight loss.

    May 3:154.2- I need to get a grip. Both physically and emotionally.

    May 5: 151.6- Water weight. Cutting evening carbs seems to help!

    May 10: 153.2- Had our house warming party on Saturday... I enjoyed the food & drinks too much lol Back at it today though!

    I'm in! Yes, Covid25 is hanging around my middle!! Must get rid of it!!
    I'm Chris. I'm 71 and used to be 5'7" but arthritis smashed me down to 5'5"!! So where did all that skin go?? hmmm. I am a walker. I had spine surgery two years ago and hip surgery 1.5 years ago and my walking suffered. I also workout with a trainer and am getting back to normal...whatever that is.

    Looks like I'm stuck in a rut! Hoping it doesn't last long as I have about 2lbs left to hit this months goal! I know for a fact that I'm eating under my calorie deficit and I'm getting enough exercise. I have been experiencing digestive issues though this past week so maybe that's the reason.

    Just seems to be super slow this month even though I've been eating in a calorie deficit everyday. Might have to change things up a bit and do a bit more exercise or start doing some weights.
