Honestly I've never ever really sat and thought about it. I've always eaten fast. When I was younger, my mom wouldn't let us have seconds till we cleared our plate initially. So with 2 brothers and my dad, it was a race each time. Then I did door to door sales for 12 years and you maybe had 5 minutes to scarf down something before next appointment. All this likely lead to me always eating fast. Lol, I sit around and wait a long time for people to finish eating all the time.
